MACKINTOSH, Hugh Ross
(1870-1936)
   Scottish PRESBYTERIAN theologian who popularized German LIBERAL THEOLOGY in Britain. He is best known for his Types of Modern Theology (1937) and The Christian Doctrine of Forgiveness (1927).
